"LogoWear" refers to LogoWear, the company offering custom print clothing and wholesale services.

"Client" refers to the individual or entity placing an order with LogoWear.

"Products" refers to the custom print clothing offered by LogoWear.

All orders placed by the Client are subject to acceptance by LogoWear. LogoWear reserves the right to reject any order for any reason.

There is a minimum order requirement of 500 pieces per order.

Orders can be placed through our website, via email, or by contacting our sales team directly.

Once an order is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the Client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and high-quality artwork for custom prints. LogoWear will not be liable for any errors in the final product due to low-quality or incorrect artwork provided by the Client.

A digital proof of the design will be provided for approval before production. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and approve the proof.

Prices for products will be provided after receiving a request for a quote from the Client. Prices vary based on the complexity, quantity, and specific requirements of each order.

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon. LogoWear accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Production times vary based on the complexity and size of the order. Estimated production times will be provided upon order confirmation.

LogoWear will not be responsible for delays caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation delays, or supplier issues.

Shipping costs and methods will be determined at the time of order. LogoWear uses reputable carriers, but is not liable for any delays or damages during transit.

Due to the custom nature of our products, LogoWear does not accept returns or offer refunds on custom printed items unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. LogoWear will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective items.

LogoWear's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the products. LogoWear will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

All artwork, designs, and content created by LogoWear remain the intellectual property of LogoWear. Clients must obtain permission to use any of LogoWear's designs for any other purposes.

The Client warrants that they have the right to use any logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property provided to LogoWear for custom printing.

LogoWear is committed to protecting the privacy of its Clients. Personal information collected during the order process will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer service.

LogoWear will not share, sell, or distribute Client information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which LogoWear operates.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

LogoWear reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the LogoWear website.

Continued use of LogoWear’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
